Q: How do I join the Minecraft server?
A: You can join on Java Edition through the IP servohaven.net or play.servohaven.net! If you are on the wrong version, you can just add the server to your server list and see which version it says to join on!

Q: Will I need any game modifications (mods) to join?
A: Nope! Our server is entirely vanilla with a custom resource pack, plugins and custom scripts for additional functionality!

Q: How do I roleplay?
A: When you first join, a tutorial will show up to help you! If you need to review the book, you can simply run the command /tutorial. Please be sure to read our Roleplay Etiquette!

Q: As a roleplayer, how can I make my character fit into Servo Haven?
A: First of all, it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with our lore! From there, you can decide if you want your character to be a visitor to the Pizzaplex, an employee, or an animatronic! If you have any additional questions regarding the lore while making your character, don't be afraid to join our Discord and ask one of the owners!

Q: Can I apply for staff?
A: Yep! We currently have Moderator Applications open!

Q: How do I appeal a ban?
A: You can submit an appeal on our Ban Appeal page.

Miscellaneous

Q: I lost my phone! How do I get a new one?
A: Simply run the command /getphone to get a new phone! You can also run the command /phone to access the main menu without the item.

Q: I'm running out of food and I'm not rich! Where do I get free food?
A: In the shop, you can buy more Fazbars for free!

Q: I can't find any charging stations. Where can I go find some?
A: There are a couple charging stations if you go enter the main atrium entrance and make a left! You will find many more as you memorize the map.

Q: I use shaders and some things around the map glow weirdly! How do I fix that?
A: Many shaders have certain things set to emissive in block.properties that may conflict with our resource pack. You will encounter many material issues in general, so we recommend you use our customized ⁠shader in our Discord server in #suggested-mods!

Q: Banners and signs from far away keep disappearing! Is there a way to change this?
A: Unfortunately, the vanilla block entity rendering distance is locked at 64. However, you can easily increase it with this mod!

Q: When I do /hold, I can't see the item I'm holding in my main hand! How do I fix this?
A: You may be using the Not Enough Animations mod. If you are, simply disable Bow Animation Fixes in the configuration for the mod!

Q: Some parts of a room have no music and the speakers sound unbalanced! What's causing this?
A: You may be using the Sound Physics mod. If you are, enable Update moving sounds under the performance settings and you're all set! Beware though, it can lag!
